Range ("we", "us", "our") is a membership community for compensation and total rewards professionals exploring AI in their work. It is operated by Giac Soliman as a sole proprietorship.
By submitting an application or using our website at range.community, you agree to these terms.
Membership is by application only. We review applications at our discretion and are not obligated to accept any applicant. Founding membership is limited to 100 practitioners.
We may revoke membership at any time if a member violates community guidelines or engages in behaviour that is harmful to other members.
Members receive access to community resources including tools, frameworks, guides, vendor assessments, peer discussions, and events. The specific offerings may evolve over time as the community grows.
When you apply, we collect your name, work email, company, job title, and responses to application questions. This data is used solely to evaluate your application and, if accepted, to manage your membership.

All tools, frameworks, guides, code templates, and other content shared within Range remain the intellectual property of Range or their respective creators unless explicitly stated otherwise.
As a member, you may use Range materials for your own professional work. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share members-only content without permission.
Content you share within the community (posts, comments, tools you build) remains yours. By sharing it within Range, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it to other members within the community context.

Membership pricing and payment terms will be communicated directly to accepted members. Refund policies will be outlined at the point of purchase.
Range provides tools, frameworks, and community discussions for informational and educational purposes. Nothing shared within Range constitutes professional advice. You are responsible for validating any tools, outputs, or recommendations against your own organisational context.
We are not liable for decisions made based on content shared within the community.
We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of Range after changes constitutes acceptance.
